Dispute Resolution

All disputes must be opened on www.everflowgadgets.com or at shop@everflowgadgets.com Failure to do so may result in a permanent account block. To expedite dispute resolution, provide:

  • Photos or videos proving item damage.
  • Screenshots of relevant emails or disputes, including name, date, and content.
  • Return items as requested by our Dispute Team.

Refund, Resend, or Return Criteria

Ever.Flow Gadgets will consider refund, resend, or return for the following cases:

  1. Orders Delayed:

    • USA: 5 days after departure.
    • Canada: 6 days after departure.

    Note: Local tracking issues may lead to delays, contact local post offices for resolution.

  2. Orders Not Received:

    • No refund or resend if tracking shows delivery.
    • Non-delivery certification required for undelivered packages.

    Note: Clients must claim packages promptly; Ever.Flow Gadgets is not responsible for unclaimed products.

  3. Products Damaged:

    • Full refund or replacement for badly damaged items.
    • Partial refund or replacement for partially damaged items.

    Note: Fragile products highly recommended for refunds; damaged packing boxes not eligible.

  4. Incorrect or Missing Products:

    • Full refund or replacement for incorrect products.
    • Refund or resend for wrong color, size, etc.
    • Partial refund or resend for missing parts affecting function.

    Note: Provide measurement photos for size issues.

  5. Orders Cancellation:

    • Full refund before warehouse processing.
    • POD, preorder, video, and photo orders non-refundable after payment.

    Note: Customized, special, and prepared orders cannot be canceled.
